Use and accuracy
Acceptable use
You may use TranslatePhoto.org for lawful image text extraction and translation. Do not upload illegal content, stolen confidential material, malware, private material without authority, or files that violate another person's rights. The privacy policy explains how uploads and account files are handled.
No accuracy guarantee
OCR and machine translation can omit, misread, reorder, or reinterpret text. The service is not a certified translation provider. Review when an image needs a human translator before using a high-impact result.
Accounts and service access
Your account and files
You are responsible for access to your Google account. Saved results are temporary convenience copies and may expire or be removed. Save your own copy of anything important.
Service availability
The free service depends on outside OCR, translation, sign-in, hosting, and database providers. Availability, limits, and supported features may change. Do not use the site as the only copy of a critical record.
Changes to these terms
Material changes should be dated and explained when the production site launches. Continued use after a published change means the updated terms apply.
