One clear purpose
Each page answers a distinct OCR, image translation, review, layout, language, or privacy need.
Our publishing standard favors a smaller, useful image translation library over many pages built from keyword changes.
Each page answers a distinct OCR, image translation, review, layout, language, or privacy need.
A page must add a method, comparison, checklist, example, decision rule, or working tool.
We explain uncertainty and do not turn automated output into legal, medical, or safety advice.
We combine similar questions when one complete page can answer them. We do not publish location, language, industry, or file-type pages that repeat the same advice with one word changed.
Original value may be a step-by-step method, a risk boundary, a worked choice, a field checklist, or a browser tool. A rewritten summary of another page is not enough.
Articles use the TranslatePhoto.org Editorial Team byline unless a real contributor is responsible. We do not fabricate names, credentials, first-hand tests, or reviews. Automation may help research, structure, drafting, and imports. A generated statement is not evidence, and automation does not remove responsibility for accuracy or usefulness.
The Docs Library is an upstream editorial transport for work prepared for TranslatePhoto.org. It is not a guest-post marketplace or a public publishing form. The importer verifies this exact domain, sanitizes the body, removes duplicate H1 headings, rejects weak or unsafe links, and compares each draft with the existing library. A draft that fails a local check is held instead of scheduled.
Automation handles repetitive delivery and validation so the same publishing rules apply to every draft. It is not used to create language, location, industry, or file-format pages at scale. The editorial team remains responsible for every page published under its byline.
A draft is held when its title and H1 disagree, its coverage is thin, its topic is unrelated, its links are unsafe, its wording duplicates another page, or it lacks a clear user benefit. Held drafts are not public and do not enter the sitemap.
